ALISON KUHLOW

Alison Kuhlow is the creator, producer and host of the podcast STRETCH.  Her unique ability to draw connections between storytellers and our own life experiences provides listeners with new perspectives inspiring change.  

Alison's work is based on her belief that personal transformation helps us understand ourselves and allows us to interact with others without judgement.  She spends her time working with non-profit organizations in Utah where she lives with her two teenaged sons.
